### Added

- hovercard: Added a Hover Card component that shows rich content on hover, built as a thin wrapper around Popover with hover defaults (150ms open / 300ms close)
- popover: Hover-based popovers (Tooltip, Hover Card) now also open on keyboard focus and close on blur for accessibility

### Changed

- tooltip: Default open/close delay is now instant (0ms) to match shadcn; the tooltip showcases no longer hardcode a 500ms delay

### Fixed

- dialog: Initialize dialogs added to the DOM after load (e.g. via HTMX swaps) so their triggers work without a full page reload (#557)
- popover: An explicit hover delay of `0` is now respected as instant instead of falling back to 100ms, so instant tooltips/popovers are configurable
